What is RAM memory?
RAM is a random access memory which is in each computer, and is an irreplaceable component. The RAM is fast enough, it exchanges data. Why do I need RAM?
RAM is installed in each PC as a module that performs data exchange. Random access memory is dynamic and statistical. The first type is the cheapest and slowest in comparison with the statistical one. But it is large, so it is not used in RAM now. Computer technology is developing very fast, so each new modification surpasses the previous one, not necessarily in speed, but also in such important parameters as power consumption, stability, reliability, overclocking and many others. Clearing the RAM after turning off the PC allows you to free up space and, when restarted, provide higher device performance. Modern RAM is widely used not only in stationary computers and laptops, as we are used to seeing, but also in a huge number of other devices, such as smartphones, tablets, PDAs and many other devices that allow you to use various types of information. In all cases, the amount of RAM plays a very important role, therefore, no matter how good other devices are in terms of performance, without a sufficient amount of RAM, fast and efficient operation with applications and data will be impossible.
How to choose RAM?
A wide range of RAM from various manufacturers is presented on the market of computer components. Each of them offers models that vary in quality. In order to correctly select the RAM on your PC or laptop, you need to know exactly what memory parameters are supported by the motherboard. You need to know the type of memory and the frequency with which it works. If the RAM is already installed on the computer, then the compatibility of the old memory and the new one is important, so as not to be mistaken, it is better to select models of the same manufacturers and with the same parameters. In this case, the likelihood that the new RAM will work in tandem with the old one will increase significantly. RAM cards with various data volumes are on sale.
